These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "you," "your") and jll55 ("jll55," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jll55 website located at https://jll55.net, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and all services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read this Agreement in its entirety before registering an account or placing any wager.
For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the jll55 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its current form, as updated from time to time.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing or using the jll55 Platform and close your Account if one exists.
2.3 jll55 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players will be notified of material changes via registered email.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use the jll55 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. jll55 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process and will suspend any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. Any funds held in an underage Account will be reviewed in accordance with responsible gaming and regulatory obligations.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. The jll55 Platform is intended for players physically located in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence or physical location. jll55 reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3.3 Mental Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind and acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Persons who have been diagnosed with or are being treated for problem gambling are strongly advised not to create or access a jll55 Account.
4.1 You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jll55 Platform. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances pending review.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jll55 is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate registration data provided by you.
4.3 jll55 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals, in compliance with PAGCOR KYC regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. Acceptable KYC documents include any government-issued photo identification valid in the Philippines (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, PRC ID).
4.4 jll55 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access for any Account that has not completed KYC verification. Deposits may be returned to the originating payment method at jll55's discretion where verification cannot be completed.
4.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify jll55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jll55 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5.1 Deposits to jll55 Accounts may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and any other payment method listed on the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts are set by jll55 and may vary by payment method.
5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jll55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
5.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified Accounts may submit withdrawal requests at any time. jll55 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for standard verified Accounts, and within two (2) minutes for VIP Gold-tier and above Accounts, subject to system availability.
5.4 Withdrawal requests involving Real Money Balance (not Bonus Balance) are not subject to mandatory holding periods for verified Accounts. Bonus Balance requires satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement before conversion to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal.
5.5 jll55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts as required under applicable Philippine law, which may extend processing time.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, free bingo cards, and promotional offers made available through jll55 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer ("Promotion Terms"). In the event of conflict between this Agreement and Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms shall prevail with respect to the specific promotion.
6.2 Unless Promotion Terms specify otherwise, the following default bonus conditions apply to all jll55 promotions:
6.3 jll55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively satisfying its Wagering Requirement will be permitted to complete that requirement under the original terms.
6.4 Abuse of the jll55 bonus system — including but not limited to use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or provision of false information to qualify for offers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 Each game available on the jll55 Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, accessible within the game interface. By commencing play, you accept the applicable game rules.
7.2 All random number generator (RNG) games on the jll55 Platform use certified RNG software subject to independent testing and auditing. RTP figures are published within game information panels. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by human dealers on camera in real time.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or hardware failure — jll55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Any winnings generated during a verifiably malfunctioning game round are not valid and will not be paid.
7.4 jll55 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with or place bets on the Platform. Detection of automated activity will result in immediate Account suspension.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jll55 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
9.1 All content on the jll55 Platform — including but not limited to the jll55 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, user interface design, and data — is the property of jll55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jll55.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jll55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 jll55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 Gambling involves financial risk. jll55 does not guarantee any outcome and is not responsible for losses arising from your wagering decisions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your gaming activity and its financial consequences.
11.1 jll55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players at no charge:
11.2 Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to contact the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Hotline. jll55 will cooperate with any PAGCOR-mandated self-exclusion program affecting registered players.
11.3 The jll55 Platform must not be used as a means of resolving financial difficulties. Gambling should be treated as entertainment only. If you feel your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please seek help immediately.
12.1 jll55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, regulatory obligation, or at our sole discretion.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, jll55 may forfeit any Bonus Balance in the Account. Real Money Balance not subject to active investigation will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of KYC verification.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jll55 support. Voluntary closure does not waive pending withdrawal requests for verified Real Money Balances.
13.1 jll55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the jll55 Privacy Policy available at https://jll55.net/privacy-policy and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 jll55 may be required to disclose player data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities pursuant to applicable law, without prior notice to the Player.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.1 jll55 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
15.2 For material changes affecting player rights or obligations, jll55 will provide advance notice via registered email at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
