9.2 KYC documents are retained for the period required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations, currently a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the relevant transaction or Account closure, whichever is later.
9.3 Support communications are retained for three (3) years following the date of the interaction, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
9.4 Following the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

12.1 The jll55 Platform is strictly for persons aged twenty-one (21) years and older. jll55 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If jll55 discovers that personal data of a minor has been collected, the Account will be immediately suspended and the data deleted or returned to the minor's guardian, as appropriate.
12.2 Parents and guardians who believe a minor has registered on the jll55 Platform are requested to contact jll55 support immediately.
13.1 jll55 primarily processes and stores personal data on servers located within or accessible from the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to service providers operating in other jurisdictions, such transfers are governed by contractual data processing agreements requiring data protection standards consistent with the DPA.
13.2 jll55 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards.
14.1 jll55 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or Platform services. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
